Chasing the Dream
In the beginning, Larry's life was built around achieving the American Dream—career success, accomplishments, and influence. He worked in the corporate world where success was measured by technical competence, client satisfaction, and staff development. Of the three, developing his team brought the most joy—but still, something felt empty. The pursuit of success left a trail of strained and broken relationships. He realized he didn't need to improve—he needed to become someone new.
A Tipping Point
Larry's personal crisis pushed him to a breaking point. In the midst of self-doubt and relational wreckage, he came to faith in Christ. This wasn't just a religious awakening—it was the start of a new identity. From that moment on, his mission became helping others cultivate an intimate, fruit-bearing relationship with Jesus.
Ministry Burnout
Five years into his first ministry role, Larry hit a wall. He had been hired to lead change, but encountered deep resistance. The stress and striving led to burnout, disillusionment, and anger. "Nothing I did seemed to work," he recalls. "I was exhausted—and bitter."
A Solitary Reset

His family and congregation noticed a dramatic change. He was less anxious, less overbearing, more present. His leadership was no longer fueled by effort, but by Spirit-empowered living.
The Birth of Live2LeadWell
Years later, in 2024, Larry founded Live2LeadWell to steward his lifetime of transformation, experience, and leadership wisdom. Through spiritual coaching, cohort-based learning, and personal development, he now helps leaders and pastors move from burnout to fruitfulness. Live2LeadWell equips others to "live and lead well" by embracing the same journey that changed his life.
